Dumbbell Shoulder Press with Band

This exercise can be done in a seated or standing position.

Insert both wrists through the loop band.

Holding a dumbbell in each hand with the palms facing each other and just outside shoulder-width apart.

Press the dumbbells upward until full arm extension in a straight line, not allowing the arms to be swayed by the band.

Slowly lower the weight to the starting position
